These companies have disrupted the system because they have created products and services from an outside in perspective ie from a customers’ pain-point. This is why it’s very important to always get insight into how customers feel about their overall experience with you and note causes of dissatisfaction + what else can you do to make sure they have a great experience both now and in the future.

Is your product or service easy to use? Does it add value to your customer (solves a problem?) Do your customers enjoy using your product or service?
